WHO WE ARE
OUR SCHOOL AND OUR HOMETOWN
Description of my high school
Laura Sánchez Reyes 3ºB, Carolina Coronado.
Hello, my name is Laura, I’m 14 years old and I am studying at Carolina Coronado high school. So, I’m going to talk about it.
Above, you can see a picture of our high school . It has two floors . It isn’t very big but it is ok.
It is divided in some parts:
It has a gym where we do PE, but we prefer doing PE in the playground But I think that the gym is fantastic. My favourite part is the climbing wall.
Another facility is the library. I don’t usually go, only when I have importants exams ; ). But the library has a lot of books and you can have fun if you enjoy reading.
This is a picture of the clases. I think that they are not special, they have some desks, some chairs, the teacher’s table and a computer with an electronic board.
There are also technology classes where we make our projects and laboratories in which we dissect animals, do scientific experiments or other types of practices.I think everyone's favorite place is the cafeteria, because they make the tastiest sandwiches in the world. We all love them!
I think these are the most important parts of my high school. Finally, I have to say that I am very proud to study at this high school because although there are strict teachers, they are all very good people and they treat us very well. I am sure that in the future I will be a very good student thanks to Carolina Coronado and all its teachers. Thank you!
ECONOMY
SAVINGS
Saving is a fundamental habit for good financial management, both personal and familiar. Its importance is vital to be able to function in adult world.
Saving is the part of income that isn't used for immediate consumption or spending. It is a habit that consists of reserving a part of the earning that will be used in the plans that they have for the future, materialize projects without having to go into debt, cover large expenses, avoid financial difficulties or simply unforeseen.
The percentage of savings may be higher or lower depending on our domestic economy. To establish a savings plan, you can start by making a budget. The Key is to ensure that income covers all expenses from day to day and leave 10% or 20% for savings.
It is useful to plan a series of objectives:
1.The first step is to determine future
2.Create a budget and track expenses
3.Plan shoppings efficiently
4.Analize consumption to find savings options
5.Reflect before each purchase
The habit of saving must be accompanied by the decision of where to save it, which can be a savings account, make long-term investments or have a fund of investment. This decision is important to determine that the savings will be safe, you will earn interest or project on the amount invested.
